Cancellation Policy

Deposit A $15 dollar deposit is required to book an appointment. This will contribute to your total cost, or cover the cancellation/no show fee. Advance Booking Clients need to book appointments within 72 hours of appointment. This excludes squeeze-in appointments however, for short notice there is a 15 dollar fee contributing to total cost. Cancellation Canceling appointments 48 hours before of appointment are acceptable, anything after this time frame will be covered by the "cancellation fee" within the deposit. Rescheduling You are allowed to reschedule once per month. After the first rescheduling a $10 fee will apply to any additional changes. No same day rescheduling allowed. Grace Period This grace period of 15 minutes allows clients to have flexibility in showing up late before charging the late fee covered by deposit. Late Fee $15 dollars charged from deposit after grace period ends.
