Policy and Reminders
Deposit
A $15 dollar deposit is required to book an appointment. This will contribute to your total cost, or cover the cancellation/no show fee.
Advance
Clients need to book appointments within 48 hours of appointment. This excludes squeeze-in appointments however, for short notice there is a 15 dollar fee contributing to total cost.
Cancellation
Canceling appointments 48 hours before of appointment are acceptable, anything after this time frame will be covered by the "cancellation fee" within the deposit.
Rescheduling
You are allowed to reschedule once per month. After the first rescheduling a $10 fee will apply to any additional changes. No same day rescheduling allowed.
Grace Period
This grace period of 15 minutes allows clients to have flexibility in showing up late before charging the late fee covered by deposit.
Late Fee
$15 dollars charged from deposit after grace period ends.
Terms and Conditions
Consent for Media Use
You grant permission for me to photograph your hands and nails that will be posted on my social media. Any sort of content outside of nails will not be shared anywhere without your explicit consent.
Pricing and Scope of Service
You understand pricing and scope of service that I have explained to you before and during appointment. You affirm you fully understand the process of your appointment.
Reporting Issues
You have the right to report any issues or unhappiness with your services such as lifting or fallen gems within 72 hours after appointment via text message to +1 (425) 286-5112 with detailed description and image of issue. After confirming this was an issue on my behalf of service, I will fix it free of charge. My availability will determine how immediate this fix is, but I will squeeze in if needed free of charge.
No Fills After 3 Weeks
It is important to maintain the health of your nails. Filling after 3 weeks of last appointment has higher risks of bacterial growth and infection, so I only provide fills before 3 weeks to ensure your nail health. I do not provide "double fills" as in filling over another fill. If you attempt this due to it being a cheaper option, we can set up a plan to ensure you can get a new full set without breaking the bank.
Please do not book with me if you cannot afford it.
Booking an appointment requires you to submit a signed form agreeing to the terms above. This form will appear when booking.
