Cancellation Policy

Consent for Media Use You grant permission for me to photograph your hands and nails that will be posted on my social media. Any sort of content outside of nails will not be shared anywhere without your explicit consent. Pricing and Scope of Service You understand pricing and scope of service that I have explained to you before and during appointment. You affirm you fully understand the process of your appointment. Reporting Issues You have the right to report any issues with your services such as lifting within 72 hours after appointment via text message to +1 (425)-286-5112 with detailed description and image of issue. After confirming this was an issue on my behalf of service, I will fix it free of charge. My availability will determine how immediate this fix is. No Fills After 3 Weeks Filling after 3 weeks of last appointment has high risks of bacterial infection. I only provide fills prior to the 3 week mark. I do not provide "double fills" as in filling over another fill.
